Well here you have it - our marvellous creations.... for 2006!
Wish we had taken photos of last years efforts where the roofs caved in under the weight of lollies!!, but sadly we neglected to.
So this year Google was my friend and I found a great website - gingerbreadlane.com - which supplied me with an 8 page instruction manual on how to bake and build a great Gingerbread House.
And it worked.
So after an afternoon of hard labor - bit of sweat (it was 35deg) and a LOT of lolly eating - we made them. And dont they look delicious.
My family are gonna love eating the lollies - and all that will be left will be the boring as gingerbread..... ha ha ha.
